Después de recibir su aplicación, alguien se contactará con usted para llevar acabo el proceso de su bautismo en agua.
If you wish to take the next step in your Christian life and get baptized in water as the bible indicates, please print and fill out this application and turn it in at the “InfoCentro” table after any of our Sunday services OR you can turn it into our secretary. After submitting your application, someone will be in contact with you with the instructions to be baptized in water.

CAMPAMENTO/CAMP APPLICATION
Si deseas ser parte de nuestro campamento de verano ” Devoted” baja tu aplicación acá y entrégala en InfoCentro cualquier domingo después de nuestros servicios. Creemos que Dios va hacer cosas grandes en nosotros ese fin de semana! El costo sera de $120 por persona, y recuerda, trae sábana y almohada!

PRESENTACION DE NIÑOS/CHILD DEDICATION
Si desea presentar a su hijo(a) al Señor en nuestra iglesia, por favor llene este formulario y entrégueselo a “InfoCentro” un domingo después de nuestros servicios, o a nuestra secretaria. Nuestros servicios de presentación de niños son cada tercer viernes del mes. Si tiene cualquier otra pregunta, llame a nuestras oficinas al (202)-525-5608 o hable con alguien en “InfoCentro”.
If you wish to dedicate your child or children to the Lord in our church, please fill out this form and turn it in at “InfoCentro” on any given Sunday after any service OR please turn it into our secretary. Our child dedication services are every third week of the month.
